The Government should be helping, but instead they are too busy arguing amongst themselves. Too many people face a summer struggling to put food on the table, then a winter in fuel poverty.  Labour-led Leeds City council and the third sector are working together, picking up the pieces that the Conservatives have dropped and calling for more help for those in need.*
